Here are Your Responsibilities as a Dispatcher at Mr. Electric

As a Dispatcher, you are a key member of our team. You’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating the daily operations of the electrical service team and ensuring efficient communication with internal personnel and customers.

Here are the primary responsibilities for this position:

• Oversee daily dispatch process, assist Service Professionals with job scheduling and customer communication as needed. Communicate scheduling needs with Customer Service Representatives.
• Prioritize calls based on urgency and potential value.
• Monitor all scheduled Jobs to successfully and efficiently complete the job and collect payment.
• Work with Accounting to ensure they have what is needed from Service Professionals to complete invoicing and prepare payroll.
• Make sure Service Professionals' time clocks are accurate daily.
• Communicate efficiently with internal personnel, customers, and local authorities for permit acquisition.
• Communicate scheduling needs with Customer Service Representatives and consult with Branch Managers for call rescheduling as needed.

· Communication Efficiency - Verify the accuracy of paperwork and documentation for technicians.

. Compliance in Permit and Inspection Acquisition- Evaluate the timeliness of permits from local municipalities and the impact on job scheduling and completion.

Job Requirements

The following are the minimum requirements for the Dispatcher position.

· 2+ years of administrative experience is preferred

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay and Benefits

The starting pay range for our Dispatcher is $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on your level of experience. Plus weekly performance bonuses.
